Our experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. The staff went above and beyond, particularly in making my partner's birthday special, which we truly appreciated. The facilities were excellent, especially the spa area, which was serene and beautifully maintained. However, our dining experience during brunch didn't meet expectations, especially with service issues and the chaotic atmosphere in the pool area. While the hotel has some fantastic offerings, there are areas that could use improvement, particularly in dining and guest management during busy times.
